Thanks for the update! We can’t let this happen, we need to stay with the height requirements, they are there for a reason and will only keep going up . Plus selfishly I don’t want my rooftop view blocked.

Heads Up is apprieciated.

We cannot...

We must not let them get thei agenda passed by moving the date an slipping it in when they think we won't be present.

Local jersey City Politial finaglling.

Well Done, felas.

Who's gonna be our watch-dog Kern? Does it havta be voted on at a Bord for Zoning meeting. Everybody's gotta cal Councilman Yun!

Sharlene, we are working with the planning department this very closely and will make sure to announce when it get's scheduled on any board agenda. Please do contact Councilman Yun and let him know your concerns.

I have a question, why are we against the construction of this project ?

Some are supportive of this project as it's currently proposed and some are opposed because of the 5 stories running 222 feet along Palisade and the significant increase in density. The neighbors to this project have asked the developer to vary the height of the building to 4 and 5 stories in different sections. All who support or oppose the project are encouraged to attend the official hearing on the project when it's announced.
